Welcome to Tenuella.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain the rules that apply when you visit, browse, or shop at www.tenuella.com (the “Site”).

Tenuella is an online kitchenware and tableware store operated by:

Luzhou Jingyunyang Trading Co., Ltd.

Company Registration Number (Unified Social Credit Code): 91510504MAK3H04A6L
Registered Address: No. 5, Building 3, No. 50, Section 2, Changjiang Road, Luohan Subdistrict, Longmatan District, Luzhou, Sichuan Province, China

Throughout these Terms, “Tenuella,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Luzhou Jingyunyang Trading Co., Ltd., the company operating the Tenuella online store.

By using the Site or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms and to the policies that apply to your purchase, including our:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Return & Refund Policy;

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy; and

  • Any specific terms clearly displayed with a product or promotion.

Please read these Terms before placing an order.

If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site or purchase products from Tenuella.

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate the Site and checkout.

1. About Tenuella

Tenuella offers kitchenware, tableware, serving accessories, dining accessories, and related household products for everyday home use.

Our current product selection may include items such as:

  • Wooden serving trays;

  • Decorative and functional serving trays;

  • Placemats;

  • Coasters;

  • Tabletop accessories; and

  • Related kitchen and dining products.

Our product range may change over time as products are added, updated, or discontinued.

Each product page contains the information that applies specifically to that item. Please review the product description, dimensions, materials, care information, intended use, and any warnings before purchasing or using a product.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement under the laws that apply to you.

If you have not reached the age of majority where you live, you may use the Site only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where permitted by law.

You may use Tenuella only for lawful purposes.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide clear and accurate information about the products offered on Tenuella.

Depending on the product, this information may include:

  • Product name;

  • Photographs;

  • Materials;

  • Dimensions;

  • Size or capacity;

  • Color or finish;

  • Shape;

  • Included components;

  • Intended use;

  • Care instructions;

  • Safety information;

  • Availability; and

  • Price.

Please review the complete product page before placing an order.

Product information may be updated when necessary to correct errors, improve clarity, or reflect legitimate product or packaging changes.

4. Product Images, Colors, and Natural Variations

We aim to present product photographs and descriptions as accurately as reasonably possible.

However, the appearance of a physical product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen because of factors such as:

  • Screen settings;

  • Display brightness;

  • Photography lighting;

  • Viewing angle;

  • Natural material variation;

  • Manufacturing tolerances; or

  • Minor production differences.

Products made from or designed to resemble natural materials may show normal differences in grain, tone, texture, pattern, or finish.

For example, wooden products may not have identical grain patterns from one piece to another.

These normal variations do not mean that a product is defective.

If the product you receive materially differs from the product you ordered, please contact us at support@tenuella.com.

5. Measurements and Dimensions

Product measurements are provided to help customers understand the approximate size of an item.

Where products are measured manually or involve natural or flexible materials, small reasonable measurement differences may occur.

Please review the dimensions shown on the applicable product page before purchasing.

If the size of a product is particularly important for your intended use, we recommend checking the listed measurements carefully rather than relying only on product photographs.

6. Materials, Food Contact, and Product Use

Materials and intended uses vary between Tenuella products.

A product should only be treated as suitable for direct food contact, hot cookware, microwave use, oven use, dishwasher use, freezer use, or any other specific application when that characteristic is clearly stated on the applicable product page or product packaging.

Do not assume that every Tenuella product is:

  • Food-contact safe;

  • Heat resistant;

  • Dishwasher safe;

  • Microwave safe;

  • Oven safe;

  • Freezer safe;

  • Waterproof;

  • Stain resistant; or

  • Suitable for direct contact with very hot cookware.

For example, a decorative wooden serving tray, woven placemat, imitation leather placemat, fabric-texture placemat, or coaster may have different care and temperature limitations.

Always follow the instructions provided for the individual product.

7. Kitchenware and Tableware Safety

Please inspect products before use and use them only for their intended purpose.

General precautions may include:

  • Keeping products with sharp, pointed, breakable, or detachable components away from children where appropriate;

  • Avoiding the use of damaged, cracked, chipped, warped, loose, or otherwise unsafe products;

  • Keeping products away from open flames unless specifically designed for that purpose;

  • Using appropriate protection when placing hot items on a surface;

  • Following stated temperature limitations;

  • Following product-specific cleaning and care instructions;

  • Keeping wooden products away from prolonged soaking where instructed;

  • Avoiding harsh cleaning methods when they may damage the product;

  • Allowing products to dry properly after cleaning when appropriate.

Product-specific instructions take priority over these general precautions.

If a product includes specific warnings, those warnings should be followed.

8. Product Availability

Products and product variants are subject to availability.

A product appearing on the Site does not guarantee that it will remain available indefinitely.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that item.

We may update availability, discontinue products, or limit quantities when reasonably necessary.

If we are unable to fulfill an item after you have placed an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable portion of the order.

We do not intentionally display false inventory levels or artificial availability messages.

9. Orders

When you submit an order through Tenuella, you are offering to purchase the products shown in your order.

After your order is submitted, you may receive an order confirmation email.

The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order. Additional payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, or fulfillment checks may still be required.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary and permitted by law, including when:

  • A product is unavailable;

  • Payment cannot be authorized;

  • We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;

  • The shipping information is materially incomplete or invalid;

  • An obvious pricing or listing error has occurred;

  • We cannot legally or practically ship the product to the destination;

  • A promotion has been materially abused; or

  • The order involves other unlawful or abusive activity.

If we cancel an order after payment has already been collected, we will refund the applicable canceled amount to the original payment method.

10. Order Information

You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order.

Please check your:

  • Full name;

  • Email address;

  • Telephone number;

  • Shipping address;

  • Apartment, unit, or building number;

  • City;

  • State or province;

  • Postal or ZIP code;

  • Country; and

  • Billing information.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.

If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us at support@tenuella.com as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot guarantee that information can be changed after fulfillment has started or the package has been transferred to a carrier.

11. Pricing

The price that applies to a product will be displayed on the Site and confirmed during checkout.

Prices may change before an order is placed.

Where a product is offered at a reduced price, we aim to display the current selling price and any reference price clearly and accurately.

We do not intentionally use:

  • False reference prices;

  • Artificially inflated comparison prices;

  • Hidden mandatory charges;

  • Misleading price reductions; or

  • Pricing displays designed to make a higher price appear to be the discounted price.

Before completing payment, please review the order summary shown during checkout.

12. Promotions and Discounts

Tenuella may occasionally offer:

  • Product discounts;

  • Promotional codes;

  • Quantity-based offers;

  • Bundles;

  • Free-shipping promotions; or

  • Other promotional offers.

Each promotion may have its own conditions.

These may include:

  • Eligible products;

  • Eligible countries or regions;

  • Minimum purchase requirements;

  • Maximum quantities;

  • Promotion periods;

  • Excluded products; or

  • Restrictions on combining offers.

Any important conditions will be displayed with the applicable promotion where reasonably necessary.

A promotion described as time-limited is intended to correspond to a genuine promotional period.

Tenuella does not intentionally use false countdown timers, fabricated stock warnings, or misleading urgency to pressure customers into completing a purchase.

Promotions may be changed or ended where permitted by law, but changes will not be used to avoid obligations relating to orders already properly accepted.

13. Payment

Available payment methods are shown during checkout.

The payment options available to an individual customer may vary depending on:

  • Country or region;

  • Currency;

  • Device;

  • Transaction amount; or

  • Payment-provider availability.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to use only a payment method that you are authorized to use.

Payments may be processed through Shopify and authorized third-party payment providers.

These providers may perform payment authorization, authentication, security, and fraud-prevention checks.

Tenuella does not guarantee that every payment method will be available for every customer or transaction.

14. Taxes, Customs Duties, and Import Charges

Taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or similar charges may apply depending on the order and delivery destination.

Charges collected directly by Tenuella will be shown where required during checkout.

International orders may also be subject to customs procedures or charges imposed by authorities in the destination country.

Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for the shipping, customs, and delivery information that applies to Tenuella orders.

Nothing in these Terms limits any disclosure or payment requirement imposed by applicable law.

15. Shipping and Delivery

Our Shipping & Delivery Policy contains the detailed rules that apply to order processing, shipping, tracking, and delivery.

It should be reviewed before placing an order.

The Shipping & Delivery Policy provides the applicable information concerning matters such as:

  • Order processing;

  • Shipping destinations;

  • Estimated delivery times;

  • Shipping charges;

  • Any applicable free-shipping conditions;

  • Tracking;

  • Address changes;

  • Customs and import procedures;

  • Multiple shipments;

  • Delivery delays;

  • Lost packages;

  • Packages marked as delivered;

  • Failed delivery; and

  • Damaged shipments.

Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless we expressly state otherwise.

Carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, transportation disruptions, public holidays, local delivery conditions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

If a specific shipping term displayed during checkout differs because of the customer's destination or selected shipping method, the information clearly presented for that order during checkout will apply together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes any mandatory rights you may have in relation to delayed, lost, damaged, or undelivered goods.

16. Tracking

When tracking is available for an order, tracking information will normally be provided after the order has been shipped.

Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.

Carrier tracking systems may also experience temporary delays between scanning events.

If you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please contact support@tenuella.com with your order number and tracking information.

17. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at:

support@tenuella.com

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

However, orders may begin processing shortly after they are placed.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after fulfillment has begun or after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.

Once an order has shipped, the applicable return procedure will generally apply.

Any cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

18. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

That policy explains:

  • How long you have to request an eligible return;

  • Which products may be returned;

  • Required product condition;

  • How to start a return;

  • Where an approved return should be sent;

  • Who is responsible for return shipping;

  • How damaged, defective, or incorrect items are handled;

  • How returned products are inspected;

  • When an approved refund is issued;

  • How exchanges are handled where available; and

  • Which products, if any, are not eligible for return.

Please review the Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase.

Do not send a product back without first following the return instructions provided by Tenuella.

Our registered company address is not automatically our return warehouse.

Unless our Customer Support team specifically instructs you otherwise, products should not be returned to the registered business address shown in these Terms.

An approved return must be sent to the return destination provided in the applicable return instructions.

This distinction helps ensure that returns are received and processed correctly.

19. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless applicable law requires another method.

The specific refund-processing timeframe is stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

That timeframe refers to the period in which Tenuella processes an approved refund.

After we issue a refund, your bank, card issuer, PayPal account, or other payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Financial-institution processing times are outside Tenuella's direct control.

If you believe an approved refund has not been received within the expected period, please contact us at support@tenuella.com.

20. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If an item arrives:

  • Damaged;

  • Defective;

  • Incorrect; or

  • Materially different from the item ordered,

please contact us promptly at support@tenuella.com.

To help us review the issue, we may ask you to provide:

  • Your order number;

  • A description of the problem;

  • Clear photographs of the product;

  • Photographs of the shipping packaging where relevant; and

  • Other reasonable information needed to understand the issue.

We will review the information and provide an appropriate resolution under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

21. Exchanges

Exchange availability is explained in our Return & Refund Policy.

If a direct exchange is not available, you may be asked to complete an eligible return and place a separate order for the replacement product.

Nothing in this section affects rights that applicable law may provide for defective or non-conforming goods.

22. Reviews and Customer Content

Customers may have the opportunity to submit:

  • Product reviews;

  • Ratings;

  • Photographs;

  • Videos;

  • Comments;

  • Suggestions; or

  • Other feedback.

If you submit content, you represent that:

  • It reflects your genuine experience when presented as a customer review;

  • You have the right to submit it;

  • It is not knowingly false or misleading;

  • It does not infringe another person's rights; and

  • It does not contain unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious material.

Tenuella may moderate or remove content that violates these requirements or applicable law.

We do not authorize fabricated customer reviews, fake verified-purchase claims, or deceptive testimonials.

Where permitted by law, content voluntarily submitted for publication may be used by Tenuella in connection with operating and promoting our business.

You retain any rights that cannot legally be transferred or waived.

23. Product Claims and Descriptions

We aim to describe products in a clear and reasonable way.

Any statement concerning a product's:

  • Material;

  • Dimensions;

  • Performance;

  • Compatibility;

  • Safety characteristics;

  • Food-contact suitability;

  • Heat resistance;

  • Care characteristics; or

  • Other specific feature

applies only where the statement is actually made for that product.

General website imagery, lifestyle photography, category names, or marketing presentation should not be interpreted as creating a technical specification that is not stated on the product page.

Where product-specific evidence or certification is legally required, applicable claims should only be made when we have an appropriate basis for making them.

24. Intellectual Property

The Tenuella Site and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

This may include:

  • The Tenuella name and branding;

  • Website layout and design;

  • Original written content;

  • Original photographs and videos;

  • Graphics;

  • Product presentation; and

  • Other materials owned by or licensed to us.

You may use the Site for ordinary personal shopping purposes.

Except where permitted by law or authorized by the applicable rights holder, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, modify, scrape, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from protected Site content.

Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

The appearance of third-party intellectual property on the Site does not create a sponsorship, partnership, endorsement, or other relationship beyond the relationship that actually exists.

25. Third-Party Services

Tenuella uses third-party service providers to operate parts of our online business.

These may include providers involved in:

  • Ecommerce technology;

  • Payment processing;

  • Shipping and logistics;

  • Analytics;

  • Advertising;

  • Fraud prevention;

  • Customer support;

  • Website functionality; and

  • Other business operations.

For example, our online store is powered by Shopify.

Independent third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

26. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services.

When you leave Tenuella and visit an independently operated third-party website, that site's own terms, privacy policy, and security practices may apply.

We do not control independent third-party websites and are not responsible for their content or practices except where applicable law provides otherwise.

27. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you interact with the Site, information may be processed for purposes such as:

  • Processing orders;

  • Arranging payment;

  • Shipping purchases;

  • Providing customer support;

  • Preventing fraud;

  • Operating the Site;

  • Understanding Site performance; and

  • Supporting advertising and analytics where permitted.

Our Site may also use cookies and similar technologies.

Where required by applicable law, appropriate privacy and cookie choices will be provided.

Please review our Privacy Policy and any privacy-preference tools available on the Site for more information.

28. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Tenuella or its services to:

  • Violate applicable law;

  • Commit or facilitate fraud;

  • Impersonate another person or organization;

  • Submit deliberately false information;

  • Use a payment method without authorization;

  • Infringe intellectual property rights;

  • Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code;

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;

  • Interfere with Site security;

  • Unlawfully collect information about other users;

  • Conduct unauthorized scraping;

  • Abuse promotions;

  • Submit knowingly fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks; or

  • Interfere with another customer's lawful use of the Site.

We may restrict access, cancel affected transactions, or take other reasonable action when we reasonably believe these Terms have been materially violated.

29. Errors and Corrections

Despite reasonable efforts, occasional typographical, technical, pricing, availability, or product-information errors may occur.

We may correct errors when identified.

If a material error affects an order you have already placed, we will handle the situation reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in this section allows Tenuella to avoid obligations arising from accepted orders, misleading advertising, mandatory consumer rights, or other legal responsibilities that cannot be excluded.

30. Website Availability

We aim to keep Tenuella accessible and functional, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance;

  • Technical problems;

  • Third-party service interruptions;

  • Security issues; or

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may update or modify Site functionality where reasonably necessary.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its online services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the Site will always operate without interruption or error.

Any specific product warranty or guarantee will apply only when clearly stated for the applicable product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, replaces, or overrides any statutory warranty, guarantee, consumer right, or other protection that cannot legally be excluded.

32. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tenuella and Luzhou Jingyunyang Trading Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses arising from the use of the Site where such liability may legally be limited or excluded.

Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

This includes any mandatory consumer rights or other liability that applicable law requires us to retain.

33. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for third-party claims or losses resulting directly from:

  • Your unlawful misuse of the Site;

  • Your material violation of these Terms; or

  • Your infringement of another person's rights.

This section does not impose any obligation on a consumer that cannot legally be imposed under applicable consumer-protection law.

34. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict, or waive consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide mandatory rights concerning matters such as:

  • Product conformity;

  • Defective goods;

  • Misdescribed products;

  • Delivery;

  • Cancellation;

  • Returns;

  • Refunds;

  • Warranties; and

  • Unfair contract terms.

If applicable consumer law gives you stronger mandatory rights than a provision of these Terms or another Tenuella policy, those mandatory rights will apply.

35. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you require otherwise.

This provision does not remove any mandatory rights or protections that you are entitled to under the laws applicable in your place of residence.

Where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another competent jurisdiction, these Terms do not remove that right.

36. Resolving Questions or Disputes

If you have a question or concern about an order, product, refund, delivery, or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us first at:

support@tenuella.com

Our Customer Support team will review the matter and make reasonable efforts to help resolve it.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from exercising legal rights or remedies available under applicable law.

37. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be applied to the maximum extent legally permitted or, where necessary, treated as severed.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

38. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, that does not mean that we permanently waive that provision or any other right.

39. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes in:

  • Our business;

  • Products;

  • Services;

  • Website functionality;

  • Operational practices;

  • Applicable laws; or

  • Regulatory requirements.

When we update these Terms, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise.

40. Relationship With Other Tenuella Policies

These Terms should be read together with the other policies published on Tenuella.

For operational matters, the more specific policy applies to that subject.

For example:

  • The Shipping & Delivery Policy governs shipping, delivery, tracking, and related fulfillment matters;

  • The Return & Refund Policy governs return eligibility, return procedures, refunds, and exchanges; and

  • The Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal information.

These policies are intended to work together rather than create separate or conflicting customer promises.

If an inconsistency is identified, Tenuella will interpret and apply the relevant terms in a manner consistent with applicable law and the specific customer-facing terms presented for the transaction.
